By accessing elavegas.com or enrolling in any ELA program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll in any program.
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and ELA — English Language Access, a business operating from Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
ELA — English Language Access provides English language access and professional communication coaching for individuals and organizations. Our programs include:
Program details, session schedules, and curriculum are described on the website and confirmed in writing upon enrollment.
Enrollment in Stream 1 programs is not automatic. Prospective clients submit an assessment call request. ELA reviews the submission and contacts the prospect to schedule a call. Enrollment is confirmed only after the assessment call and receipt of full payment. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment.
Full payment is due before the program start date. Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize ELA to charge the full program fee. All prices are in US dollars.
Stream 2 organizational contracts are confirmed by a signed agreement and invoice. Payment terms are specified in each individual contract.
This section constitutes the binding refund policy for all ELA programs. Please read it carefully before enrolling.
Email info@elavegas.com with the subject line "Refund Request", including your name, the program enrolled, and your reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
All individual coaching sessions are delivered via Google Meet. Organizational workshops are delivered via Google Meet or on-site as specified in the contract.
Cohort session dates are announced at least 2 weeks before the cohort start date. VIP 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled between the client and coach by mutual agreement. ELA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling preferences.
VIP clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited without refund. Missed sessions without notice are also forfeited without refund.
Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a working microphone and camera, and a quiet environment suitable for speech training. ELA is not responsible for session interruptions caused by the client's technical setup or internet connection.
ELA reserves the right to adjust session content, order, and curriculum to best serve the client's goals. Core program commitments — number of sessions, session duration, and program length — will not be reduced without client consent and appropriate compensation.
To get the most from any ELA program and to maintain a productive coaching relationship, clients agree to:
